Terms of Use

SMSToGo is currently a marketing site and an early application foundation. It provides an informational catalog, account registration, sign-in, session management, account wallet records, and cryptocurrency top-ups of an account balance.

Purchases, temporary-number ordering, and live SMS delivery are not currently available. Catalog entries, wallet displays, pending-order interfaces, and similar preview content do not represent a completed transaction or a promise that a number or message will be supplied. Adding funds does not entitle you to a number or a message while those features are unavailable.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms where you live. If you use SMSToGo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not use SMSToGo to:

• break any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• commit fraud, impersonate another person, or evade lawful controls;
• send spam, harassment, threats, or abusive content;
• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls;
• introduce malware or automate access in a way that burdens our systems;
• resell access or misrepresent SMSToGo as your own service without permission; or
• use any future number or messaging feature in violation of applicable telecom or website rules.

Temporary-number services may be restricted by websites, telecom carriers, or local law. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted.

Country, service, price, and availability information may change without notice. During the current preview, this information is informational and does not constitute an offer to sell.

If transactional features are introduced, the price and availability confirmed at checkout will control. We may correct catalog errors and refuse or cancel a transaction where required by law, fraud controls, or technical limitations.

New accounts receive a zero-balance wallet record. The wallet is an application record, not a bank account, stored-value account, or payment instrument. You may add funds to it in cryptocurrency through our payment processor; withdrawals and refunds are not available.

A cryptocurrency top-up is paid on our payment processor's own page and is credited once the payment is confirmed on the relevant network. Follow the currency, network, amount, and time window shown on that page: transfers on another network, transfers missing a required memo or destination tag, and transfers that arrive after the window closes may be unrecoverable. A payment that arrives short of the requested amount is held for manual review rather than credited automatically.

Administrative balance adjustments may appear in the wallet transaction history for testing or account-management purposes. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, a displayed balance has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred.

SMSToGo may link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, eligibility decisions, content, or technical performance.

The site, software, design, branding, and original content are owned by SMSToGo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your personal information, which is handled under our Privacy Policy.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the preview. We may also restrict or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk for users or the service, or must be restricted to comply with law. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice before a material change.

To the extent permitted by law, SMSToGo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free catalog data, compatibility with any third-party website, or the availability or delivery of any planned number or SMS feature. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, SMSToGo and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from use of the site. Mandatory consumer protections and any liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as the product and applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects registered users, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practical.
