Can I receive CVS SMS verification codes online?

What if CVS never sends the code?
The order ends without a message and the full $0.31 goes back to your wallet automatically. CVS may refuse numbers it recognizes as virtual, so you only pay for numbers that actually receive a code.
Can I use the same number for CVS again later?
