Can I receive Prolific SMS verification codes online?
Yes. Order a Prolific number, enter it on Prolific, and the verification code appears in your SMSToGo dashboard or through the API as soon as the text arrives.
How much does a Prolific verification number cost?
$0.31 per number, charged from your prepaid wallet when you order. There is no subscription.
What if Prolific never sends the code?
The order ends without a message and the full $0.31 goes back to your wallet automatically. Prolific may refuse numbers it recognizes as virtual, so you only pay for numbers that actually receive a code.
Can I use the same number for Prolific again later?
No. Each number is one-time: it receives the code for a single order and is then released, so it cannot be used to recover the Prolific account later.
